Mallory and Dan’s Downtown Denver engagement session was such a blast!! These two are getting married this year in Breckenridge, Colorado at the most amazing spot that has Lake Dillon and the mountains as the backdrop, so since they were doing their wedding in the mountains they wanted to do their engagement photos in Denver to have the variety! I don’t get to do very many sessions downtown, so I was so excited!

We spent the night going all around Denver to a bunch of different spots. We were nervous that morning that we would have to reschedule because we woke up to a few inches of fresh snow on the ground, but by the afternoon it was GORGEOUS and so warm and sunny (welcome to Colorado lol).

We stated at a really pretty park downtown that has some super gorgeous bridges and backdrop of the city, and then we headed to RiNo. RiNo is probably my favorite neighborhood in Denver because it’s so fun and quirky! It’s an old warehouse district and all of the streets and alleys are filled with a bunch of cool graffiti and artwork. Once we were done wandering the alleys in RiNo, we headed to a super cool rooftop downtown that has AMAZING views of the skyline to finish the night! It was such a blast! I absolutely cannot wait for their wedding in just a few months!!

A lot of people always ask me if I do weddings and engagement sessions in Denver too or only in the mountains, and the answer is YES!! I obviously LOVEE the mountains and scenery in Colorado, but I love love Denver too!
