Morgan and Josh’s winter engagement session at Sapphire Point in Breckenridge, Colorado was soo dreamy and such a blast!! Sapphire Point and Lake Dillon are some of my favorite spots in Breckenridge for engagement photos, intimate weddings, and elopements! The overlook is so gorgeous for sessions and wedding ceremonies, and there is so much variety right around that area for photos too! The views off the lake and mountains are STUNNING, and it’s super accessible even in the winter! I love winter engagement sessions so much! Something about all the snow just makes it so magical! By the end of their session it was FREEZINGG and we had to trudge through so much snow - but Morgan was such a trooper and I am so glad we toughed it out! I love working with couples who are up for anything and make it fun no matter what! We had the prettiest sunset ever and it was so worth it!

We started their engagement session up at Sapphire Point and then headed down to Lake Dillon closer to sunset which was so beautiful! We had such an awesome time hiking around and taking photos! They even brought their adorable pup who was so dang cute and such a trooper!! Couples ask me all the time if they can bring their dogs to their engagement session and the answer is always.. UMM YESS!! I love when couples incorporate their pups into their session and it’s always such a blast!

Cannot wait for these two cuties to get married and to photograph their intimate mountain wedding in Ouray, Colorado this summer!! But until then I will just keep swooning over their engagement session!
