Intimate Wedding at Sunrise Amphitheater

Some wedding days just feel like Colorado in the best way, and Chloe and Cameron pulled that off effortlessly. They started their morning at Sunrise Amphitheater in Boulder, which is one of those places that never gets old no matter how many times I photograph it.

The light, the views, the quiet, everything hits different up there. Their ceremony was simple, intentional, and honestly just really beautiful without trying too hard.

After soaking in the mountain air, we all made our way down to Denver for their reception at Realm, a modern photography studio that transforms into a clean, bright event space.

If you’ve never been, it’s basically a blank canvas with great natural light, perfect for couples who want something stylish without feeling overly curated! Chloe and Cameron kept things minimal and warm, which fit the space perfectly and gave everyone room to relax, wander, and actually enjoy the night instead of feeling rushed from one moment to the next.

And then came one of my favorite parts of the day: the Blue Pan Pizza food truck rolling up to feed everyone. There’s something about Detroit‑style pizza at a wedding that just works.

Guests were hanging out, grabbing slices, chatting in little pockets around the studio, it felt relaxed and fun in a way that matched the couple’s energy.

What I loved most about their day was how seamless it all felt. Sunrise views in Boulder, a modern Denver reception, good food, good people, no over‑the‑top production, just a day that reflected who they are.

If you’re planning a Colorado wedding and want that mix of natural beauty and urban style, Sunrise Amphitheater and Realm make an incredible combo.

And if you’re still searching for a photographer who knows these spots well and loves documenting days that feel real and relaxed, I’d love to connect!
