A SPRING ENGAGEMENT SESSION AT HIGHLANDS RANCH MANSION

 

There’s something so magical about Highlands Ranch Mansion! The timeless architecture, the golden Colorado light, and the sense of history that makes it the perfect backdrop for an engagement session. When I met Chauntel and Hayden there for their session, I knew right away we were in for something special.

From the very start, these two felt effortless together. They have this quiet, undeniable connection, one of those loves where just a glance between them says everything. As we wandered the mansion grounds, from the grand stone archways to the sun-drenched gardens, it was clear how much fun they have together.

Whether it was the way Hayden pulled Chauntel in for an unexpected twirl or the way she’d laugh at something he whispered, every moment felt completely them.

One of my favorite spots was the ivy-covered stone walls. The way the soft evening light filtered through the trees gave their photos an almost storybook feel. But what I loved most? The in-between moments! The hand squeezes, the shared laughter, and the way they naturally fell into each other’s arms.

Engagement sessions like this remind me why I love what I do. Capturing real, unscripted love in beautiful places? It doesn’t get better than that.
