A BRECKENRIDGE, COLORADO ELOPEMENT AT SAPPHIRE POINT

Kierra and Derek’s elopement in Breckenridge, Colorado at Sapphire Point was such a dream! They exchanged vows surrounded by just their closest friends and family, and it was so special to be a part of their wedding day. Sapphire Point is one of my favorite spots to photograph elopements, intimate weddings, and engagement sessions! It is super accessible and absolutely stunning - with such amazing views of Lake Dillon and the mountains!

In Colorado the weather is almost always super unpredictable. For Kierra and Derek’s elopement is rained. hailed, and the weather was crazy. Instead of letting in bring them down - they just totally embraced it and it was magical!! We had the most fun day ever just running around Sapphire Point/Lake Dillon taking photos and just embracing the craziness. At the end of the night we even got the most incredible rainbow!! I love that their wedding day was about them getting married and starting their forever together - they didn’t let anything get in the way of that and were determined to have fun and make it the best day ever no matter what!
