A ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK ENGAGEMENT SESSION AT SPRAGUE LAKE AND MORAINE PARK

Out of all of the places in Colorado for an engagement session - I will never get sick of Rocky Mountain National Park! The views are amazing and it is always such an escape to get to go there for an evening!

Estes Park, Colorado is a super special place to Hannah and Reid. Not only did they get married there at the Black Canyon Inn, they also got engaged in Estes Park! When it came to planning their engagement session it only made sense to do Rocky Mountain National Park and incorporate their love for the mountains and such a sentimental place to them. I absolutely loved this idea too because when their wedding day came around we didn’t need to waste time venturing off into the park for photos! It made their wedding day so much more seamless and relaxed, and allowed them to be more present with each other and their guests!

On the night of Hannah and Reid’s engagement session we started off with hiking the loop around Sprague Lake. It was such a beautiful summer evening! After we finished there, we swung by Moraine Park to catch the rest of Golden Hour! There was a lot of overcast and we thought we might get rained out, but the sun came through the dark clouds just in time! It was soooooo beautiful and incredible!

It was so much fun getting to know these two before their big day! They are two of the sweetest, most fun people ever and it was such an honor to get to photograph both their wedding and engagement session! I can’t wait to show more of these two and their dreamy wedding day at Black Canyon Inn soon!
